Adventure or Nothing?

“Life is either a great adventure or nothing.”
Helen Keller

Helen Keller was a woman with many setbacks and trials.  When she was 19 months old she contracted a disease leaving her blind and deaf.  However as she grew, with the help of God and her loved ones she chose to be victorious by overcoming her handicaps.

Helen went on to be an Author, political activist, and lecturer.  In September 1964, President Lyndon B. Johnson awarded her the Presidential Medal of Freedom, one of the United States’ two highest civilian honors. In 1965 she was inducted into the Alabama Women’s Hall of Fame.

Do you look at your life as mundane and troublesome, or as an adventure?

If you answered that question with mundane and troublesome, ask God to give you the strength to have a new perspective of your life. Chose to make a difference and be victorious, no matter what hand you were dealt with.
