The snow was white and the sky was pink.
In awe I was left to do nothing but think;
My God, you’ve created everything beautiful and good.
If only the world would see it as I could.
As I stood there with awe and wonder,
the love for you grew even fonder.
My soul just yearns to be with you.
But my heart took comfort,
knowing soon it would be true.
The beauty here can not compare, to the majestic
awe and wonder waiting for me there.
But until that day I see you face to face,
I will do what you ask and your love I’ll embrace.
