Love is an action.
Our God showed ultimate love when He gave up His son for us. He allowed Him to take our place and punishment, when He died on a cross for all of our sins.
“For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only son that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life“. – John 3:16
Now He calls us to do the same to others.
“My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. 13 Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” – John 15:12&13
Let’s take action for one another as He has done for us.
