“The earth is the Lord’s, and all it contains, The world, and those who dwell in it.” – Psalm 24:1
Good Day my fellow readers. When I woke up this morning before rolling out of bed, The Lord put a few things on my heart: I was reminded of His goodness by the simple act of me just waking up, and also that everything I have is because of Him, and belongs to Him.
With that in mind, I would like to encourage you with a few thoughts and scriptures as you go about your day.
Don’t Take It For Granted
- If you were fortunate enough and woke up this morning, give thanks to God for the air that is flowing through your lungs.
“The Lord God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life” – Genesis 2:7 NIV
Give Praise To Who It Is Due
- Also, as you head further into your day why not go forward with a praising heart. Doing this will enhance your chances for a more victorious day.
(The name “Judah” means; thanksgiving or praise.)

The Benefits of a Joyful Heart
- Lastly, if you are feeling down or just not your usual self today; I encourage you wherever you are right now, ask God to renew and strengthen you and your spirit. As you draw close to Him, He hears your prayer and fills you with His joy. The results of you becoming more joyful, enables you to become a better witness and a help to others.
“He has given me a new song to sing, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see what He has done and be amazed. They will put their trust in the Lord.” -Psalm 40:3 NLT
